Help!! where is the paid hosting support?

where the hell is the paid hosting support FAQ and crap! I'm feeling like a real ass. All I want to know is how to get into my C-Panel I forgot and there's no freaking easy way to find out with out making an ass of myself.

cpanel would be located at your url and port 2082, so if your url is mydomain.com you find cpanel at mydomain.com:2082

if you have forgotten password I do believe you can can request password reminder

I think there's a link once you login to the client system, in case you forgot your domain :P

mydomain.com/cpanel works as well. And also, server.x10hosting.com/cpanel (or :2082) works if you know your server. Basically, you've got some options when it comes to logging into cpanel ;)

It also works if you are having DNS problems to use the server IP address with :2082 :D
