The only staff member promoted in the last few months (that I know of) is LadyAnna (regular user->account manager) Although I thought TechAsh was an AM not too long ago as well

Funny, I was looking at that list myself yesterday. I found the link to it from this page ; http://forums.x10hosting.com/. I hadn't seen the link before then & was wondering if it was always there & I had missed it, or if it was fairly new. Any idea?

(Just being curious now.....) Also, what's the Inactivity Group? I see the Retired Group, so it's obviously different to that. Is it just staff who didn't bother to do their job, so lost it through inactivity? Or just showing members who are logged in, & becoming active/inactive?

It sounds like a fairly hectic time to be a member of staff (because of all the server transfer issues) so good luck to all who apply. You must be mad! ;)

I don't think it's inactive staff. I don't see the former staff members I know in there and it seems like there's too many people in there for just former staff.

Hmm, I agree.

I'm thinking then that perhaps they're X10 members that have inactive hosting accounts because they didn't log in within the 2 weeks required.
