Question about mod and please unsuspend me.

Hi there. This is Crazyharp81602 and I have 2 questions to ask.

I'm desperately seeking help in unsuspending my account so I can find out which mod is the one responsible for using too much memory and CPU and get rid of it so I won't have to go through one ordeal after another being suspended time and time again which frustrates me to no end. BTW I've send few high priority support tickets out asking for you guys' help and thus far I'm not getting response. This really frustrates me to no end and I need help! :happysad:

So I have a question to ask. What are mods and can you please unsuspend me so I can get rid of the mod that's causing all this trouble with using high server resources? I've been using this site for blogging ever since towards the end of May I think and I'm still unfamiliar with this site in general, so could you please explain to me what is a mod and do please unsuspend me so I can get rid of the mod that using too much of CPU?
