Could not registered

First time i tried to register a country error was come

But today i registered it continue at last i was asked to wait for 40 minutes
Then after 40 minutes a mail was come that i have not and asked to try again by link that is given
i tried again but same mail was came after 30 minutes
can't be registered
Please help me
