Unable to sign up for Ad-free hosting?

I've been trying to sign up for Ad-Free hosting but have been having difficulties.

I first tried signing up as calarco.x10hosting.com but it appears this hasn't worked?

I then tried again using calarco1.x10hosting.com but this hasn't worked either.

I've received an email both times saying:
This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

That is the only reason for the error (the letter I?) in each email I've received.

I'm setting up this account for someone else and am really hoping to get this set up as soon as possible (as we need to get hosting set up to validate our domain name with Google). I don't have access to their e-mail, so it's getting very difficult to keep asking him to forward the e-mails he is receiving. Last time I used x10hosting, the account was set up that day with very little issues?

Have I done something incorrect in the pre signup process? Or is x10hosting having any issues at the moment?

Yeah im getting the same problem and did you get a response or were you successful in getting it up and running
