    Question implementing openssl

    Hi

Wondering whether someone is familiar with implementing openssl on x10. Its reasonable to call me a newb with regards to this matter.

    My questions are:

    -x10 supports openssl?
-how is it done? it has to be requested to the x10 staff?
-are there any other ssl certificates under $100 (verisign)
-how to go at it scriptwise?

Some questions are very broad in their request, just some thoughts which need directives not elaborated answers, but they are welcome.

    Thanks
    G

You can get a trusted ssl certificate for $30 from GoDaddy.com
For using it on x10, if not sure but I think you need VPS.

Thanks. Ill consider your option. You don`t happen to have some experience with (shared?)ssl on x10 or any kind of such security measures?

    Thanks.

Shared SSL isn't currently enabled on your server, I'll talk to Corey about getting it enabled.
If it does get enabled the URL would be: https://stoli.x10hosting.com/~icarus/
