Need some help about PHP programing

Hi everybody

I am new on this host server,and i am very satisfied from the options and capabilities which this server is giving me.
So also i am new in the forum,and for first time i am searching a help from the users of this forum.and this is what i need.
I need a PHP script which i can set it on my website that the users can register and log in their acounts,also that they can edit their acounts whit new informations,like:name,change user picture,password etc...
But also i want they can upload contests and new articles on my website,so then the visitors can see them.
My website what i have made is in HTML so i want PHP to work with it.

It seems that you can to build a custom website code from sratch. I would recommend, to start, to use a system such as Drupal or Joomla as they are full blown CMS (Content Management System). If you want to chalenge your self, you should look at integrating and extending systems such as WordPress and phpBB. What you are asking is not a simple script, but a complete website back-end, so I don't think anyone will write it for you in a matter of hours. However, if you post it in the marketplace, maybe someone will be willing to write it for you.

As xav0989 said you need a good old CMS. I mean that's what it's made for I recommend Joomla.
