Invert HTML Text

I have a website with a rather busy background and I was wondering if I could set the text to be the opposite colour of the background. eg. where the background is Red, the text would be green and if the background was yellow the text would be purple. My website has a page which is included on every page of the site do I hope I can do it useing a single font script.

You can't. My recommendation would be to have your background as the general page background, and have a solid colour that gives decent contrast behind the text.
