cannot access to my blog

Since last week I cannot access to my blog anymore.
I don't think I've changed something in the configuration but now I've an error

unable to connect to database
This either means that the username and password information in your config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at "mysql-stoli.x10hosting.com". This could mean your host's database server is down.

Do you have any idea why ?

right now your Dotclear forum is trying to connect to mysql-stoli.x10hosting.com

But the database host should be localhost. Check your config.php and change it to localhost
