I'm trying to use MySQLdb to access MySQL from python in the free hosting service. It doesn't appear to be working and I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's installed or if maybe I'm doing something else wrong or if there is another package I could use?

A search of the forums turns up: "MySQLdb for python on Stoli". If you're not on Stoli, the situation is probably the same, due to the recent server upgrades.
