Connect MySQL

I have a tool (Navicat 8.0 MySQL). I already connect in my localhost, it works. but I want to remote mySQL in this x10hosting. I already try many times with my user name and password and host name, but not success.

For security reasons, The remote mysql is disabled on X10. You can not connect to x10 mysql server from outside.
