Good day sir can i ask how can i login using mysql administrator or sqlyog in order to easily manipulate my mysql database in our host?

also when i tried to open my index.aspx it says

"XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://joebetsoft.x10hosting.com/index.aspx
Line Number 1, Column 1:"

Im new in web hosting and this is my first website. pls do help me and thanks..

For security reasons the remote mysql is disabled. You have to use the phpmyadmin link in your cpanel in order to manipulate the data manually.
