Server Error in '/' Application

I want to publish c# 2010 express application to web. Publishing goes well. But when I try to install application I receive error.
Problem could be simplifier to the next - I could not access to next file: http://ejahancalc.x10.mx/Application....config.deploy file. When I tray through browser I receive error:

Error 404
Server Error in '/' Application
The resource cannot be found.

I have same problem, but my file is a DLL..

dll.deploy!!!

the server dont find this files...

any idea??

As mentioned in a couple different threads, Mono (the Apache module that provides ASP.Net) isn't working right now, and will probably be dropped.
