Tips on setting up spam filters on my x10 acount

Firstly guys i want to say what a great forum you have here at x10 and want to ask really anyone who can point me in the right direction, i have a contact us form on the website and have a redirect that forwards contact form info through to my private email acount ?

is there any way i can set up some kind of filtering that will weed out some of the rubbish thats coming through ?

any help or pointers would be great if you can help ?

Well, for a starters this should be in another section, as it's not really related to free hosting support.

As for you enquiry, adding a captcha such as reCAPTCHA would reduce spam by a lot.

thanks very much there xav and will have a look at the recaptcha u speak of

sorry if it was posted in the wrong section also as i though that the free hosting section was for everything free hosting again my humblist appologies !
