    Failed file upload

There is a file upload script that I have been using to upload files to my site.
I just discovered that it stopped working couple of days later.
Gave me some freaky php error like that..........something like upload path not found.
    Please anybody got a fix?

Not with the amount of information you've given. When asking for help, include a description of what you expect to happen, what actually happens (including exact error messages, if any), minimal sample code and a link to a live page (if applicable). See the links in my sig for more on asking questions.
Be sure to read all pages linked in this post; they have further information that should prove useful. When asking for help, make sure you follow Eric Raymond's and Jon Skeet's guidelines for prompt, accurate responses. Please answer any questions I ask; they're not rhetorical (probably). Any posted code is intended as illustrative example, rather than a solution to your problem to be copied without alteration. Study it to learn how to write your own solution.

    Re: Failed file upload

Your server, Boru, was in the middle of a migration. That might have caused your problem. See if you still get the error.

If you do, it might be due to the SAN set up.

Either way, as mentioned above, provide code and exact (cut/paste) error messages.
    Nothing is always absolutely so.
