Above all are scripts which are offered for free/open source...though you need to build from scratch you are given with a basic launchpad.
You can use any of them to make your site clean and neat without much effort.
Else you can use HTML,FLASH,ASP.net etc programming languages to build your site from scratch.

If you want to make a site yourself try the tutoritals at W3Schools. You will want to start with the HTML ones.

Anyways for my own satisfaction I will again do a search on few other tutorial sites to fall back to .
