Cannot redeclare countryflag() (previously declared in /home/lalany/public_html/Sources/Subs.php:3708 ) in /home/lalany/public_html/Sources/Subs.php on line 3883. i istall the countryflag and t show like that after i install it. can u pls help me how to fix it...

Did you write this yourself? Or is it someone else script?
It is saying that the function countryflag() is declared/defined twice. Once on line 3708 and again on 3883 of the same file, which is illegal in PHP.
If you got the code from someone else, post on their site forum or send them an email about the problem.
