You need to upload an inde.php file or an index.html to the top directory. Make sure you remove any files that are there first, DONT accidentally delete cpanel :L

What are you uplaoding? The blog itself? Or a new page / post on it?

A few suggestions to help you be a better forum poster.

1) Don't post to a public forum with a title of "need help" as it does not inform anyone of what the topic is. Good topic titles help people find what they are looking for when looking for help with a similar problem

2) Please don't delete a forum topic just because you've found the solution to your problem.

3) lastly, please include said solution so others can benefit from what you've discovered. After all you have posted to a forum to ask for assistance in the first place.

Following those guidelines you will get help more quickly and make the forum (this or any other you post to) more useful for others who follow you.
