decrease the cache size

I'm using moodle 2.0 and i have a problem with memory ..
A lot of pages give me messages like :

" Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 57409536) (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/abdo0/public_html/moodle/auth/mnet/auth.php on line 1142"

All the message like this are talking about memory usage , i need to decrease the cache size , how i can do that ?? if this is not the problem what is it ?? and how i can solve it ??All the previous is happen after installing a fresh moodle and turn debugging on - because before that i was always gain a whit blank page -.
