What's wrong with x10 hosting

What the hell happend, i had my site on for like 10 days and now its gone, what's wrong??
MY account status is unsuspended and when i go to file manager there is no files...i had them few days ago, and even if i upload something it will not show...someone knows whats wrong?

Could be a error on the server your site is hosted on.

Mine Forum too , when I try to go on my forum I get this error, and this is not the first time that happens

Also, on an unrelated note, using big, red font is not a very good way of getting a good response out of most forum members.
