    people can only view the homepage but they can not view post?

    By the looks of it, you may have either deleted, renamed, or modified your .htaccess file and/or broken the permalinks you have configured in your wordpress ACP.

    You may want to readup on permalinks in the Wordpress codex: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
