no sound from my media player

Hello everyone. I am a conestoga college student in the web design and development and fairly new to x10 and when I uploaded my media player the music doesnt play but cycles through the correct images. it was created with html, css, and javascript. works just fine when i run it locally but again no tunes play. any ideas? i would be super greatful because i have a job fair next wednesday and was going to attempt to use my playbook to show possible employers my "working" portfolio site. if you have any ideas please write me or check the site out for your self http://ajschlittportfolio.x10.mx.

There is no media player in the page, all your javascript does is dump an mp3 file into the browser.
Taking a wild shot in the dark.. I'll wager you have iTunes on the local PC and that's what is playing the file.

hey thanks for the reply. it works in firefox, but no other browser. i need to work on get it to work accross the board.

For audio or video to work in all the newer HTML5 browsers you basically need two copies of the file in different formats and as a fallback for older browsers you need a flash player as well.
