How do you change your free domain name to one that you already own?

Hello, I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong thread but how do I go about changing the domain that was given to me by x10hosting to the domain that I own? Thanks for any help.

Add the following nameservers to your new domain.
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then go to cpanel>>Domains>>Parked Damains . And park your new domain there.

You may now, go to your account panel.
Tick the box "Check if using your own domain name"
