Want to show RSS feed

Does anyone know how to show RSS feeds from multiple sites on my website. Also is it legal (without breaking any rules from X10Hosting)...

I had a look at feedburner. Google has acquired it!!!
It looks like if I blog I can RSS it using feed burner... Maybe I am wrong.

What I want to do is Eg: Use the RSS Feed from bbc.co.uk and show the top 2 headlines on my website as "News Alerts"
Am I missing something on feedburner or this is not what I am looking for?

i like to use simplexml, especially if they're not an rss feed. it's a built in function in php, and it's pretty powerful if you know how to use it.
