About LinkBacksHi i am using a simple php uploader for uploading images to my site..
but it doesn work wel
it gives me an error code 8
it works fine with document files... like txt and rtf
but not with anything else!

What is the simple php uploader that you used? Error code 8 means nothing until we look at what generates the error '8'.
Maybe certain file types are not allowed? Or maybe there's a size limit?
If anyone can see it, my post was meant for anyone who reads it. Don't take it personally or think I'm being condescending... :nuts:

post your script. i have a working file upload script that renames my images and places them in the proper directory based on the name
