What should be activated (ask the server/host)?

I want to create php that control mySQL. This php is activated inside flash movie. This includes mySQL queries, mail() function, read/write to txt file? can it be done in this server? what should I do to activate it? or has it been activated already?

Yes this is possible easily.
You would probably need to apply for a php upgrade from basic to intermediate but other than that, it is all setup.

How can you do php code in flash by the way...?
