    IE CSS Flash

    Hi, I'm working on my portfolio its hosted at
    http://www.jayodesign.co.uk

    Im having a problem thats driving me crazy:bash:, when the page is viewed in IE7 you see a flash of un styled content, and if you flick through the pages its very noticable. I'v tried the normal methods of fixing this but it just won't work.

    The site views normal in firefox, safari and opera.

    thanks for any advice.

    Sounds like a Flash of Unstyled Content (FoUC), which pops up in IE when there's an "@import" rule. Play with the info on the FoUC page & report back.

    Have you tired the following link for style sheets:

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://www.jayodesign.co.uk/style.css" />

    Since all posts seem to point to the @import being the culprit if there is no other link in the header or the ocder isn't standing on thier head with the left hand on the right knee...

    It should also work for all other browsers.
