Games!!!!

Well, my boss has me working on a project. I am making games for our site! He wants in so, if people are logged in for like.....lets say....1 hour. Then they will have a game added to their list.....then lets say.....after 2 more hours.....another game is added.....How would I go about doing this?

On login, make a database row in a temporary table. After X time, it will log them out. That'll be handled by functions or maybe even a cron. Now from that table, make a cron that runs at the top of the hour that will add the games to the row and soforth.

Are you sure you're qualified to do this project? How well do you know PHP and MySQL?
