How do i configure x10hosting for aspx

I logged a ticket to support, after this I have been able to view my .aspx web pages. However I am now receiving

so maybe the server is down but does not state on the accounts page.

but there seems to be nothing we as regular users can do to configure or access anything related to mono. Looks like you have to keep up with the support tickets. Reading up on mono might yield some answers too, I'm sure since mono is not a Microsoft product and .asp is a Microsoft technology there are some things you simply cannot do.
