Making a sub-domain for htaccess

Does anyone know how to make a sub-domain using htaccess because I googled it and searched it up but I didn't quite understand how to do it.

Subdomains aren't made using .htaccess , they're part of the httpd.conf if I'm not mistaking. You can set them up for your x10 in the control panel under Domains > Subdomains.

I searched google and they have codes for it. Anyways if it does work with httpd.conf do you know the code for it?

why not just do it in cpanel? and if you're that interested in the code, look it up in the file once you're done.
