    mysql server

    I get this message every time i try to link my website to a users database in php

    Warning:  mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'starka.x10hosting.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
    can anyone suggest how i can fix this this problem please
