If I understand correctly, an FTP client would be much easier. I can't recommend one since I use Dreamweaver, but there are open source FTP clients just as good. You could also create your own content management system, using some PHP.

Then use an FTP client like Filezilla, you might also consider using Joomla as a content management system.

I created my own administration interface to post news to my website, but it was developed for my website, put basically it's an admin interface with pages to add, remove, approve, edit news entry, and the news script which loads the requested news from the DB and applies it to the template.

^ For anyone replying, if he can't use PHP it's pretty much going to destroy every php page available.
Which limits him to FTP, where he'd edit locally and upload the changed file to their host (I say their host cause if it's x10, php works just fine and CMS's become an option)

ok.. im still stuck at this..
do someone know how to make a login with just 1 username and password, and then when i push login, it will let me edit the index page in an easy way?

that is what we call Content Management System (CMS), yes Joomla can do what you are looking for.
Do you want any help regarding the installation of Joomla???
