im looking news feeder in HTML i can put on my website, so i can submit news more easly.

It really depends on what exactly you want it to do. Many software packages like forums and CMS's can be used to display posts/blogs/articles which can be used as news. Many of them also have inbuilt RSS Feeds. Can you explain what you want to do a bit more?

theyr using a website to post the feed, so far i know.

That is a blog, such as wordpress, blogger, etc.

Just like that, let me tell you that I find the layout a bit overwhelmed...
