i have to make an htaccess file and write in the file this:
ErrorDocument NUMBER http://my_site/error_pages/er_Number.php
?
this is how i must do it?
cPanel > Advance > Error Pages
diabolo's way will be much easier. I like to do things the hard way :P
It should be the same answer, just two different ways of doing it.

Cpanel error pages doesn't write the htaccess. You will have to create that manually.
