About LinkBacksI have a need to pull data from another site at regular intervals. I want to create a cron job to do this. What are the guidelines for how often a cron job can execute? I don't want to bog down the server or violate any site rules.

Any script running on your website must be directly related to what your site is about. We do not allow scripts that gather data from external sources, monitor sites\servers, or do any tasks that are not related to your website.
