Countdown on an image

Hey guys, I'm trying to put a countdown to a specific date on top of an image on my website. If you go to http://www.parkwayyouthalive.org/ you'll see that my header has a place to put the countdown. Can anyone provide me with a script that'll help with that. All the pages are in php except the front page, which is html because theres nothing special about it...
