How long to make a web form

I'm making a web form with 12 fields, PHP validation and styling with CSS.
But its taking me like half the day to do. Is this normal?:dunno:

I think I'm missing your question. Are you using a tool to make the form? Or are you just coding it in a text editor?

I thought about making my form for too long so it took longer. :P

I guess half a day for 12 fields, PHP, and CSS is pretty good...at least to me. The last time I created a form took me about 2 days with only 4 fields.

And also, if you are seriously lazy, you'll end up copying past forms and slightly modifying them each time for your needs.
