domain name

i dont know if this is the right forum to put this in but everyone has been so helpful to me in the past so please:

i got a domain name from godaddy.com (brianwallchess.net) and i want to apply it to my website, i set up the nameservers through godaddy.com as ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and i set it up through my account panel to be brianwallchess.net but i am getting a "failed to connect" error from firefox which makes me think i missed something or i might have to wait a while before it takes affect, please if you know a step i missed or if i should just be patient please tell me

It can take a full 48 hours before the domain points to your x10 account, although it usually works within hours.

sometimes server is down ... so dont worry ...any way it takes few hour for your setup ... you will get the mail regarding this ..

i wasnt being impatient per se lol ;) i just wanted to know if my patience wasnt going to last 2 weeks waiting for it to happen if it wasnt going to all since i skipped a step :D
