Contact Form! Help!

need help for making a contact form...

if someone can do it.. for me.. and i could replacee it with my email it will be good becauseee i vhave try 5 times differnt stuff!

Out of all of the sites that i have seen this one has a great contact form.

If i had time i would write my own for you.

but this forum user posted his own.

I've design an AJAX contact form with autoresponder. This script is spam protected. Also u can send email in text or html format from your control panel.
