Anybody know can I make a zip file with a free account on x10hosting? Any how to do it? Thanks

If your asking about backing up your data, then all yes you can.
simply check all files you want to put into a back up. (in file manager, on your cPanel)

and press compress.

that will add it to a zip file on your server, and you can then download that compressed file.

Sorry for my previous brief.
What I mean here is writing a PHP script and compress some file such as picture into zip file..
As I'm aware that zlib could do this for me, but I'm not sure x10hosting free server support with this configuration o not...
I've tried it before, but it seem not work on the server.
