I prefer the credit prizes; in essence, it allows us to choose the prize individually (such as money or the domain). Also, it beefs up the ego to have more credits then a fellow poster ;-)

Plus depending on the rules set forward, I'm wondering if it'd be possible to have a winner sell the domain off in the marketplace forums if they didn't want it, or to opt for a paypal payout instead.


Course I'm really fine with pretty much any prize you can come up with; the few free hosts that come to mind that do raffles usually do so at the expense of good hosting, so I can live with whatever you give as long as you keep up the damn good work

Thats why I wanted domains actually; I've got it in my checkbook as $6.95 a month (static/silver), but I guarantee I'll forget when that 12 months comes around that theres another 9.99 to renew the domain XD

Ya I wouldnt be surprised!

Try purchasing your Domain for 5 years or 3 years the majority of the time

you get a discount for doing it.
