The design is good and i see that you have a lot of good stuff on it ;)
I would suggest to move the bottom advert from google to the top (the 468x60 one), this way you can gain more profit form the website ;)

The design and theme are excellent!I really liked the color scheme and sleekness of your website.
I saw that there was some empty space below the 'Our Friends' section.
You could probably list in there your popular posts and articles , or links to your articles.
Overall , a great website!
