It's an interesting site, but I do see two fatal flaws with it. Firstly it's on a co.cc domain name which are currently banned in Google. Traffic will by hard to get organically if not next to impossible.

Second fatal flaw is it's wide open to abuse. What's to stop someone from upload porn to it? Say if I'm on some adult chatroom but have no web cam and the person on the other end wanted to see a pic of my "goods". If they happen to use your site, not a good idea unless you're hosted on x10hosting's paid/vps services which allows it. This type of site would scare me to host regardless of it being nifty and potentially useful as heck.

SEO for the site can be potentially freaking awesome, tons of SERP potential on this site which makes me love the concept, just need to use a domain or subdomain system that's not banned due to abuse by internet network marketers and MLMers. Similar to Imgur in many aspects.

That's why it is on co.cc for now. Non of all the rest image hosting sites has a prevention against porn - I delete that pics and if needed, I ban the uploader...
The site has "report abuse" function, which makes the site reputation good and it is not against the ToS if someone is taking care of it.
About SERP - yeah, it is good! But now I removed my robot.txt and this is the result - tons of backlinks appeared on the web.

I am just testing the script and if it is good, I'll keep it alive... if not - delete all
