It's quite good, but I would like to add some recommendations:

1. Try to keep the ads just in the left or right side and not in both.
2. Why does the menu disappear in the raffles section?
3. I'll suggest to change the green background to maybe a pattern or something else since it's just a monotone color in all pages.

By the way, how did you integrate phpBB with Joomla? Looks pretty cool.
