There isn't any content, that is going to be added later, but I'm looking for comments on the overall layout. I haven't decided what to put on the site yet, normally I delete the layout and start over before I can get the that point.

Its looking good but its fairly sloppy. You need to work on the layout, the orange and red don't go to well. You also need to have the layout not blend with the background. And what exactly is your site about???

Hi,
I saw you blue, black & grey version. I like those colours on a web page [not as text background] so I think it is interesting. The black shiny navigation buttons are very good - did you create these?

The horizontal shaded blues in different shades might seem too much, perhaps redice the dark lines to being much thinner, or try with shaded blue and no lines.

There was no content - so no views on it.

By the way, didn't the cyclops have ONE eye in the centre of his forehead? Check it out. The heading layout has two eyeballs???? Why??? Is that why he is sour?
