Sometimes people misinterpret CMS and Framework
Can someone tell us what is really the difference and can you please site and example
it will be a big help for beginners like me.

Framework is a set of libraries containing classes and other mambo-jumbo programming stuff you can use to code something faster and easier.
CMS is a Content Management System and it's name is self explanatory. You use it to manage content on your website or blog without having to learn any programing language, web design or other geek stuff.
