It's nice only It took a little while to load, I prefere to make a splash page first because now people may think the website is down. And Home, Benefit...,Contact doesn't match the rest so change that
but it's really nice

The 10 Commandments are pretty good. But on that page (nay, all pages) when you mention things like 'ad-aware' you should link to either the program's website or its actual download page. Especially since your base audience is the computer illiterate.

I don't see any content, either. The navigation bar shows:

It seems like you have to sign up to actually see any content, so I'm not going to bother with that either.

Oh, all you need is a more uniform color scheme. Red doesn't really fit with the rest. Also, where's the logo? I think that the bottom text should be white since it's hardly visible. Also, keep in mind that there are a lot of male web surfers that are partially color blind. Good luck with the site!
