i need help with uploading php

i need help uploading Php scripts Where do they go on in phpmyadmin or where do i upload them in CORE FTP how do i create a user Login and Defult hompage (optional lol) for the user to view when registered ive Looked at Alot of sites and tutorials but i dont understand T-T Can any one help Please

You'll need to upload the files to the public_html folder.

If you want a members only section of your site, I would suggest using http://php-login-script.com/

If you don't feel like managing a login script yourself, you could always use a CMS such as Joomla.
