Depending on what server you're on, it should be at this URL:

http://server.x10hosting.com:2082/fr...tico/index.php

For example, if you're on Lotus, the URL would be:

http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/fro...tico/index.php

I posted about how to get to it because it actually is installed (on my server, at least).

To even make that post and provide links, I had to go into Fantastico, which is installed and working properly in my cPanel.

It is not installed on starka which is the server (s)he is on.
