I don't know exactly of where you could find a php tutorial in inodonesian but you could find alot in english.

Here are a few sites that you can look at :
http://php.net (the original php site has a few examples)
http://w3schools.com
http://www.daydreamgraphics.com/d/tutorial (tutorials on how to build thing like blogs, affiliates and things like that)

I would tell you more but those are the only ones I could come up with quickly.

I wrote a simple variable PHP tutorial at one point. If you are starting out with PHP, I would say, have a nice read. I'll look for teh link and edit this when I get it.
